These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Bolt Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to creative and web services. Services
Bolt Digital provides creative and web services to clients in accordance with their specific requirements. Our services may include but are not limited to graphic design, branding, website design, website development, and related digital services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely communication regarding their project requirements, objectives, and preferences. Clients must also provide any necessary materials, content, and assets required for the completion of the project.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed upon between Bolt Digital and the client prior to the commencement of any project. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Bolt Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and code developed during the course of a project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, clients will receive a license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Confidentiality
Bolt Digital and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and project details.
Limitation of Liability
Bolt Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or services provided by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales
Changes to Terms
Bolt Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
